As a student at The King’s University obtaining my Master’s of Marriage & Family Therapy, I come across great resources that I want to share with you. In this week’s reading in my book, “Treating those with Mental Disorders“, I came across seven apps you can download to your phone that may be helpful in addressing depression.
Please note, these apps are not a replacement to therapy but are a great resource to keep on hand to compliment treatment. Be sure to ask your own therapist about using them.

To those who have sorrow in Zion I will give them a crown of beauty instead of ashes. I will give them the oil of joy instead of sorrow, and a spirit of praise instead of a spirit of no hope. Then they will be called oaks that are right with God, planted by the Lord, that He may be honored.
Isaiah 61:3
