Happy October my fit friends! I am so glad you made the decision to do something for YOU this month! Did you know we still have one quarter left of this calendar year? Yet most people are winding down on their health and fitness goals and slipping into “holiday mode”. But not you and not us! We are in this thing together. I challenge you to fully commit to this month of workouts and clean eating. But don’t do it in your own strength. Commit to do it as unto the Lord and He will meet you right where you are.
This month’s eating challenge is simple: eat clean. What does eating clean mean? Simply put, we grab our fresh fiber first(veggies and fruit), then add in healthy fats and proteins. We limit our sweets and treats to once a week. This month in our private Facebook group I will be making a weekly post on a clean eating challenge so stay tuned for those. Speaking of which, make sure you join our Facebook group!
Here are your October workout calendar, workout printables and video links. I want to CHALLENGE you to print the calendar and check off which days you exercised! Please note: There are now 16 full length workout videos at your fingertips. These 4 are the newest ones but you are more than welcome to go back to July-August Fit Club content and substitute any of those if you get bored or need something different. I’ve also included a commit verse printable so print it it off and put it somewhere as a daily reminder!
