Hi Fit Family!

I am SO excited you are joining us for the First Fruit Fit Club this month! If you are new, welcome! Whether you are a newbie to working out or a seasoned veteran there is a place for you here. My heart is that you would find God in this fitness journey of yours. I am cheering you on every step of the way so please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any questions!

In this month’s content you will find video links(if you want to workout with me) AND printables that have the written workout plan if you would prefer to do it on your own or take it to the gym with you. I recommend taking a look at the printables either way because I include valuable information about the workout(like what equipment you may need).

I am VERY excited to announce that we have a meal plan this month! Please approach this plan with prayer and purpose. My heart is to help you make healthy choices to steward your temple well but not to let this become an idol or hang up for you.

And if you haven’t already please be sure to join our PRIVATE Facebook group where you can check in for accountability and connect to others!

One more exciting bit of information…we have PRIZES this month! The prizes include(but not limited t0): necklaces, decor, skincare and essential oils. To be entered in the drawing for these simply be active on social media and our Facebook group. You get entered in the drawings for checking in, commenting on posts and sharing sweaty selfies on your social media page! Have fun with it!
