Hi friends!

Many of you have asked me for low impact workout options. I came up with a simple and short 20 minute chair workout that you can do in the comfort of your own home. This is a great option if are injured or just beginning to workout.

Before I share the video with you I have to warn you that my camera was not in view for the first 2 minutes while I am standing and talking in the introduction. But you can see me just fine when I sit down for the workout. I almost didn’t share this video because I am a bit of a perfectionist BUT I don’t have time to record it again so it was this or nothing. I decided to swallow my pride and share anyway.
